Clinic experience 

First of all, it's not some dusty old, stodgy college. KSU's fairly young and they seem to actually really care about getting you a quality education. The good news, they don't keep you around for years hearing lectures, they allow you to dive right in and get involved. You're working alongside physicians in hospitals and clinics.

 

And, furthermore, KSU will also give you an entire package of information at first hand - whatever you'd like to know, everything is in plain sight and at your disposal! All you need to be is willing to learn and to ask questions!

 

Finances

Now, finances. Med school's not cheap no matter where you are. But the nice thing about KSU is that their fees are fairly reasonable. The cost is around 3400 USD per year. That's not exactly pennies from heaven, but at least it's respectable when you're comparing to some of those Western countries!

You also have to take into account the cost of living. Before you even get a chance to study all the things there are to learn, you first have to acquire a place to live and transport yourself to the school on a daily basis. That ain't cheap!

 

Beautiful city

Another great thing about KSU, it's not a university to only study at. Kaluga is a great and interesting city to explore! I also think that having friends all around the world is quite nice, and that's something that you will definitely find in the university. You'll gain lots of experience just by hearing what everyone goes through.
